How do I start contributing?
Contributors — Getting Started
1) Codeberg account
Create a Codeberg account and join the CoMaps project. Codeberg is the primary source of truth for code, requirements, feature discussions, governance, and where most of the work happens.
2) Contribute
Contribute by adding to Codeberg Issues and/or Pull Requests
You can contribute in a number of areas:

Testing - Getting Started

3) Tools
CoMaps uses primarily open-source and/or privacy focused Tools & Technologies
4) Team Messaging
If you have contributed and interested in contributing more through collaboration with the project team, you are welcome to join Zulip. While Telegram, Matrix or Mastodon are for broader discussion, Zulip is for contributors who regularly collaborate on work with the team.
When you join Zulip, in Watercooler > Signups do an intro with the team:
- Short background, professional and personal
- Why are you contributing to CoMaps
- What you think about projects' principles and direction on our Governance repository
- Contribution so far (link Issue, PR, etc)
- What you would like to contribute
